At Toptemp, we are looking for a recruiting consultant manager to join our family-like team here in Gothenburg. We specialize in staffing within the electrical and energy sectors and now need to expand our team with another star!

In this role, you will recruit people from all over the country and support them in the next steps of their careers. You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process – from the first contact to hiring – and handle both onboarding and offboarding, employment contracts, and union matters when necessary. In short: you have overall responsibility for personnel and HR-related issues.

In addition, you will ensure that customer dialogue, coordination, and logistics run smoothly and are interconnected. It is a broad role with many aspects, but it is this variation that makes the job both developing and fun.

We primarily operate from our office in central Gothenburg, but since we work digitally, there are good opportunities for remote work when needed. Our headquarters is in Oslo, and we work closely with our Norwegian colleagues – both in everyday life and sometimes on-site, as travel to Norway may occur. Therefore, some workdays may also include a bit of Norwegian in the dialogues.

The position is a permanent one with a 6-month probationary period.
